I really enjoy consults and assessments for clients who have a vision. My perfect client is someone who wants to hire me to do the complete set of drawings and title 24, and then I hand it off to them to take to the Building Dept.  That is my favorite type of project that continues to come through the door.  After 20+ years dealing with various Building Departments, I'd rather my clients handle that part and you end up saving a lot of money that way.
